We believe in being good stewards of our resources; in advocating for meaningful policies, practices, and funding; and that expertise begins with training. The Instructional Materials Coordinators' Association of Texas (IMCAT), formerly known as the Textbook Coordinators' Association of Texas, offers the only regular training for instructional materials coordinators in public school districts or open enrollment charter schools.
